I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over ten years of experience supporting individuals and families healing from trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, and chronic emotional overwhelm. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and grounded in nervous system regulation, offering a safe, steady space where you can feel understood and supported.
I believe healing happens through attuned, secure connection with yourself and with others. Together, we explore how past experiences shape present patterns and gently build new pathways toward safety, resilience, and emotional clarity. My work includes experience supporting first responders and their families, helping them navigate operational stress injuries, hypervigilance, compassion fatigue, and the impact of high-intensity work on relationships and identity.
I integrate evidence-based trauma therapies, including EMDR, Flash Technique, CBT, DBT, and polyvagal-informed, somatic interventions. These approaches help process painful memories, reduce reactivity, and support long-term emotional and behavioral change.
Whether you’re navigating complex trauma, attachment injuries, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or major life transitions, I bring empathy, curiosity, and practical tools. My intention is to help you feel more grounded, develop healthier relational patterns, and reconnect with a sense of worth, agency, and inner stability.
Healing is possible and you don’t have to do it alone.
