With over 21 years of experience as a therapist and as a mother of 4 kids, I understand the desire to feel whole and connected to the people and things that matter most to you. The damage unresolved trauma has on your sense of self, your loved ones and your desire to move forward are unmistakable. This was the reason I built my practice – to help people heal from trauma.
