I believe that therapy is a place to safely explore your whole self, release past burdens, and create a foundation to allow your most authentic self to shine.  If you are a high-functioning person (professional, parent, or student) who feels stuck, together we can calm your nervous system, make sense of your story, and move forward with steadiness.

My trauma-informed approach is practical and blends Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic and attachment-focused practices, and motivational interviewing. We set clear goals, track progress, and move at a pace that feels right.

With more than seven years of experience working with young people in community mental health and adults navigating life transitions and emotional distress, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to our sessions. You won’t do this alone. I’ll be with you step by step, asking insightful questions, offering tools that work, and respecting your values and culture.

If you seek a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered, and a plan that turns insight into change, I’d be honoured to work with you.
