I am a Registered Social Worker with over 24 years of experience in clinical and leadership roles, spanning both community and hospital settings. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to providing care through a trauma-informed lens, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel empowered to share their stories at their own pace. I approach therapy with an attachment-focused perspective, recognizing the importance of fostering secure, trusting relationships as a foundation for healing.

I utilize a combination of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including  Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), to address the underlying impacts of trauma and facilitate deep emotional healing. My work is rooted in helping clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and empower them to work through and release the trauma that their mind and body is holding onto in order to experience a healthier sense of self.

Clients often describe me as having a calm and grounded presence, offering warmth, kindness, and compassion. In our work together, clients consistently feel heard, validated, and respected, creating a space where they can begin to process and heal from the wounds of their past.
