In an ideal world, therapy would be understood as building your well-being and recovering from intergenerational and individual pains of trauma. But the definition is irrelevant if you are in need of relief from the pain you are experiencing in your life today.

With over 23 years of experience as a therapist and as a mother of 4 kids, I understand the desire to feel whole and connected to the people and things that matter most to you. The damage unresolved trauma has on your sense of self, your loved ones and your desire to move forward are unmistakable. This was the reason I built my practice – to help people heal from trauma.
Our team is highly qualified in the areas of attachment and trauma therapy modalities. We continually pursue growth through clinical and personal education and training.

Our Mission
At the EMDR & Trauma Therapy Centre, we help children, teens and adults heal from trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm using powerful, research-backed approaches like EMDR therapy, Somatic Therapy, Deep Brain Reorienting, Attachment-Focused Interventions, and Neurofeedback.
We offer more than talk therapy; we support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and reconnection to self-worth and aliveness. Whether you’re navigating complex PTSD, grief, childhood trauma, or relationship challenges, our experienced trauma therapists are here to help you feel safe, seen, and supported.
