With 28 years as a school social worker, I’ve dedicated myself to working both with elementary and secondary students, as well as the Mental Health and Safe Schools Departments, always through a trauma-informed lens. In private practice, I specialize in mind-body therapies like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and DBR (Deep Brain Reorienting). I’ve been privileged to coach and consult on numerous EMDR trainings, and I find great fulfillment in supervising MSW students and mentoring colleagues.
My goal is to guide clients toward relief, awareness, and hope by addressing the root causes of their emotional distress.
