Eliane is a dedicated trauma therapist with a Master of Social Work from McGill University, and she is registered with both the BC College of Social Workers and the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. With extensive experience, Eliane supports individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including trauma and PTSD, anxiety disorders such as OCD, eating disorders and body image issues, depression, and more. Additionally, she assists clients in navigating life transitions, managing interpersonal relationships, and coping with grief.
Specializing in trauma therapy, Eliane employs a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. Her training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). This comprehensive skill set allows her to offer personalized care that addresses both the root causes of distress and the symptoms.
